Earl Avison CHATWIN [Parents] was born on 19 Dec 1900 in Eden, Manitoba, Canada. He died in Oct 1990 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He married Roxy WATSON on 10 Nov 1926 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Bill, I made another find in the BC Archives. Earl Avison Chatwin married Roxy (note spelling) Watson in Vancouver on 10 Nov 1926. I could find no record of their deaths, so presume they were still alive until after the last on line year (I think 25 years ago). If Roxy was a short form of Roxanne, as supposed in the notes, it did not show up that way on the marriage record. - Barry
Roxy's daughter Pat says that her mother's full name was Roxy (Watson) Chatwin.

A earlier source indicates that 2 infants died. Patricia says "As far as I know there were no children before me."

Also spelled Roxie. I wrote to Roxy in the 1960's. I'm sorry I didn't ask her about the Linen line, as she was Adam Watson's daughter. Her name was probably Roxanne, like her granddaughter. No. It was simple "Roxy Watson" with no middle name - Patricia Chatwin Cherneff.

She is not found as born in 1901 in the BC Online Archives, but the birthdate and death date are from her daughter Patricia.
